條件性恐懼 ( Conditioned Fear) 也稱場景恐懼實驗，是基于巴普洛夫條件反射而建立的一種經(jīng)典的誘導(dǎo)焦慮反應(yīng)模型的方法。它測定動物學(xué)習(xí)、記憶不悅經(jīng)歷（aversive experience）和環(huán)境暗示之間關(guān)聯(lián)的能力。常用聲音或光暗示作為條件刺激（conditioning stimulus，CS），以厭惡性刺激（如足電擊）作為非條件刺激（unconditioning stimulus，US），二者配對出現(xiàn)。在條件性恐懼實驗中動物會表現(xiàn)出一種特有的凝滯（freezing）狀態(tài)，通過觀察并記錄動物的凝滯時間、凝滯總次數(shù)以及活動度等相關(guān)參數(shù)可以考察其學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力和焦慮狀態(tài)。
